You first Register Yourself and your Cell Phone number.

2. Why do I need to Register?

We offer pin-less dialing. In order to achieve this our system recognizes the registered phone numbers of our registered members.

3. What is the Quality of the Calls

We offer the same voice quality as your existing carrier...No static, echos or delays.

4. Where can I call?

Anywhere in Canada and/or the US for FREE

5. Are there any Time restrictions?

You can call anytime you like and talk for as long as you would like.

6. Can I reduce my outgoing minutes with my cellular carrier?

As long as you have unlimited incoming calls on your cell phone plan, you do not need any outgoing minutes when you have our connex plan.

7. Why do I need unlimited incoming calls with my carrier for your connex plan?

Unlimited incoming calls allows you to maximize your savings per month, so we recommend it.

8. Do you charge any extra fees?

There are no activation or hidden fees with any of our services.

9. Will my Carrier charge me any extra fees?

They will NOT charge you anything for using our services.

10. How fast is the Service activation?

Service is activated within 2 hrs of registration.

11. My credit isn't very good. How will your service help me?

Most carriers offer prepaid plans that include unlimited incoming calls, starting at $25/month. When you include our $15/Month Connex plan, you will now have a cellualar phone that can call anywhere in Canada/US, Unlimited, for only $40/month.

12. I travel across Canada for business. What can I do to save money?

Telus, Rogers and Bell offer favorite 5 national packages. These packages cost $15 and they allow you to call any 5 numbers in Canada for free- no long distance or roaming charges no matter where you are calling from When you include our call through access number as one of your favorites, you can call that number form anywhere in Canada for free. Now you can dial anywhere in Canada/US with our system witout extra fees.
